Today, I had a Minnie Winnie in for a state inspection and what I thought that the wheel bearings needed to be repacked. First of all, I want to thank Tom from the service department. While waiting for the inspection to be completed, we were talk about trailers, towing, as well as general conversation. I am new at the rv thing, so my nerves can get the best of me. He was reassuring and calmed my fears, a bit. The second part is the bearings were fine. The mechanics gave me an honest opinion, rather than sell me a service I didn't need at this time. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of your team.
